• Strong background with 2+ years of experience in the moving industry in USA, UK or Europe
• Sales or Operations leadership experience a plus
  
• Advanced English spoken and written skills
  
• Additional language fluency is a plus
  
• Ability to effectively share and transfer knowledge to others
  
• Comfortable with technology
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
