We’re looking for a skilled Inside Sales Rep to help drive sales growth across each of our global markets. You'll have the unique opportunity to build and maintain a healthy and growing funnel of potential prospects, execute against the plan and get recognized for your results.


About the position

As an Inside Sales Rep you will be conducting online video consultations with customers around the world in order to assess their relocation requirements. Your focus will be on making the experience of these consultations as pleasant and easy as possible for the person who is moving, as well as to make sure you have recorded all the furniture and goods that the customer is showing over the video. You will also be responsible for calling prospective customers on behalf of moving companies from USA, UK & European countries, Australia and beyond.

Being able to communicate efficiently, establish trust and make the customer feel good about the process is a big part of the deal, so it’s desirable that you have great customer service skills and sales acumen.

The position also requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a rapidly growing environment.

Initially we provide you with warm leads from the leading global Internet companies looking to relocate their staff worldwide. You job is to convert those leads into revenue.

You’ll work in a team that will grow to 35-strong by end-2018.

The role is Belgrade-based with the opportunity to travel to Crater’s headquarters operations on the West Coast United States.


Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective customers on behalf of moving companies and book video surveys
  • Conduct video surveys using Shyft’s technology to assess inventory of items clients will be moving
  • Close deals (book moves)
  • Acquire all relevant information in order to calculate volume and provide accurate prices
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships by working closely with the account management team
  • Provide support to new and existing accounts


Requirements and skills:

  • US B1/B2 visa, or ability to obtain one
  • Actively demonstrate extraordinary customer service and customer engagement in an environment of hospitality
  • Excellent salesmanship skills/interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and public contact
  • Service-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills required
  • Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must report to work on a regular and timely basis
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to: communicate effectively both orally and in writing; interview, gather information, and evaluate situations.
  • Must have the ability to participate in numerous conversations throughout the day, both on video and over the telephone.
  • Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
  • Ability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon & night shift) and on weekends (but in total 5 work days in a week)
  • English language proficiency
  • Moving or relocation experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time + Commission

Salary: Starting $1500.00

Probation period: Three months.
