Menadžer finansija i računovodstva

Tasks:

• Leadership Finance and Accounting team
• Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting
  
• Preparing Financial Statements
  
• Contact to Auditors, banks, financial authorities
• Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction
• Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business development
• Set-up and/or monitor all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization
• Analyze current lending and equity relationships
• Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness
• Evaluate, integrate and manage the company’s financial resources and functions
• Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for employees through other managers
  

Requirements:

• University degree in economics
  
• Minimum 5 (five) years of previous experience at same or similar managerial positions
  
• Leadership skills with ability to train and develop personnel
  
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with ability to learn new computer systems
• Must have ability to prepare and deliver effective presentation
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills to all levels of management and employees
  
• Knowledge of languages: Fluent English is necessary / German is special advantage
  
• Category „B“ drivers license
  
• Qualified Accountant
  
• Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS/IAS)
  
• Knowledge of national accounting
  
• Financial and business administration knowledge
  
• Competent and objective counterpart for the general management
