Business Developer

We are looking for a colleague located in Belgrade or Novi Sad, that will have to fullfil the following tasks and responsibilities:

• To develop and maintain the client data base in the allocated area, according to the sales plan
• To actively maintain the current client portfolio
• To actively promote the company transport and logistics services
• To edit periodically relevant activity reports for the management
• To introduce all relevant data in the CRM
• To strive in reaching sales target
• To develop the local office in terms of people, work methods and business

The matching candidate should:

• Be organized, determined, self-driven and thorough
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be oriented towards results and a solution seeker
• Be stress-resistant
• Be proficient in English and computer literate
• Have a driving licence
