• University degree, preferable in organizational sciences or law
  • 3+ years of working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, Advanced PC literacy is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international environment

  • Preparing employment agreements, Preparing documentation for registering and unregistering employees
  • Obtaining health insurance cards
  • Managing and organizing interviews and on-boarding
  • Keeping records of temporary prevention from work
  • Vacation schedules including all supporting documentation
  • Preparation of statement lists
  • Managing database of candidates & recruiting
  • Social events management, conflicts management
  • Performance evaluation
  • Training and professional development programs
  • Regular HR reporting to management
  • Preparation and implementation of HR procedures and policies in accordance with labour law and company vision
