About your Role

As a Support Engineer in our Banking - Outsource - SC Internet, you will be involved in: providing support of the first and second level to e-banking users to ensure the system is functioning, proposing new change requests in order to improve and develop business, writing manuals and conducting training for iBank users, testing iBank application in order to apply full security standard.


About you

  • You have at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • You have Education in the area of computing science (or equivalent)
  • You have basic knowledge of SQL and VMware tools
  • You have good knowledge of Windows OS
  • Your level of English is Intermediate
  • You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • You are a good team-player, and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing
