Test Product Engineer - Automotive

(Zalaegerszeg – Hungary)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for electrical test engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software and/or equipment
• Understanding & application of manufacturing test equipments, test technologies, techniques, processes and concepts (In-Circuit Component Test, Board Level Functional Test, Final or End of Line Test)
• Define equipment maintenance requirements, develop hands-on maintenance and repair skills
• Implement and introduce new test techniques and methodologies for higher efficiency/flexibility
• Capability to find root causes of various failures in manufacturing processes
• Ability to identify root causes of failures coming from the manufacturing equipment’s malfunctions
• Qualified to use six sigma tools in daily work
• Skills to effectively repair and analyze equipments/products
• High level of participation in daily production activities, effective problem solving on daily issues
• Focused on, continuously develop / maintaining production yields with the teams according to company goals
• Coaching test maintenance technicians and dedicated operators
• Effectively using structured problem solving techniques and methods
• Develop, implement, ownership on process control methodologies
• Write and update related documents to the area of ownership (Specifications, procedures, work instructions, product documentation)
• Support new project launches, participation in production control
• Electrical product failure analysis skills

Requirements:

• Electrical engineer BSC or MSC degree
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience gained in manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• High command of written and verbal English knowledge
