Production Manager

Summary:

This position will ensure production meets objectives at a designed quality level consistent with the lowest cost while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical education
• At least 5 years of working experience in production and at least 2 years of experience on a managerial position
• Experience in managing production teams within textile industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Valid B driving license

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers
• Review worker performance
• Identify training needs
