Requirements:

  • University degree will be advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in Logistics or Administration
  • Excellent with MS Office, especially with Excel
  • Fluent English, spoken as well as written


Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initiating claim process as of the moment loss or damage is reported and monitors implementation until claim is closed
  • Records the claims (loss or damage) into the specific systems
  • Collects of all documentation needed from different carriers or suppliers for sending the claim to insurance company
  • Claiming loss or damage to a carrier or supplier
  • Updates systems with different status during a claim process
  • Follows up every claim, request root cause and action plan from carrier or supplier
  • Responsible for fulfilling guidelines provided by Team Leader
  • Reports to Team Leader any deviation in the process or any other topic which can endanger the performance
