Job summary:

Your mission as full-cycle HR services expert is to bring new business and Client development through execution of recruiting strategies, attracting and placing top talent. Your goal is to actively recruit and partner with Client Companies by meeting their expectations in order to achieve company objectives.


Required qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or Social Science
  • Minimum 2 years experiences on a similar job position with a deep understanding and familiarity of IT industry
  • Fluency in English language
  • Familiarity with Boolean search principles, search engines and other sophisticated approaches
  • PC literacy


Main responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and management of recruitment projects related to IT industry by using consulting approach
  • Responsibility of leading recruitment projects, their coordination and mediation till their closure
  • Building up strong and deep professional relationship with clients and candidates on daily bases
  • Management of recruitment process for different IT positions
  • Attraction of talented individuals from the IT industry by using different approaches including “boolean” search
  • Actively influencing the optimization of recruitment process
  • Taking care of building up the employer branding
  • CRM
