Head of Business Sales

Requirements:

• University degree
• At least 5 years of working experience on similar positions
  
• Experience in negotiating large contracts and managing strategic accounts
  
• Fluent in English; written and spoken
  
• Valid driving license

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of sales strategy for business clients to maintain and increase the number of clients
  
• Responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategy for business clients
  
• Establishing sales targets for business clients in order to achieve corporate sales objectives and profitability
  
• Defining business plan and budget and rational management of resources
  
• Defining policy of sales distribution to corporate clients
  
• Defining acquisition and retention mechanisms for business clients in all sales channels
  
• Planning and managing of internal communications for sales and awareness of corporate direction, mission, objectives and activities
  
• Development of business processes to sales automation, and improvement of employee performance
  
• Establishing standards for quality of department services
  
• Actively taking adequate measures to improve sales to business clients
  
• Establishing and maintaining systems for efficient collection and presentation of market data
  
• Timely, accurate and precise reporting
  
• Managing and coaching employees and taking care of their professional development
