Finance Director

Requirements:

• University degree
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of financial standards and regulations
• Strong computer and database skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of German preferable

Main responsibilities:

• Organize, direct and coordinate all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company
• Lead and optimize the treasury management and local relations with banks
• Manage the budget process
• Preparation of financial reports and projections
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
• Preparation and monitoring of standards and objectives of key performance indicators in the field of finance and accounting
• Manages, motivates, coaches and sets goals for Finance team to deliver the highest levels of performance
• Cooperation with auditors, banks, tax authorities, etc.
