Field Service Engineer

Required qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Computer literacy

Main Accountabilities:

• Covers all customers using bioMérieux instruments in the clinical & industrial field in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro
• Field service activities (Maintenance, Repair, Phone support, Installation, Customer support) in the warranty period of the systems in the region under responsibility
• Manage spare parts & working tools (replacement in the warranty period of the systems), keep IB records and make reports accordingly
• Train customers on the systems, provide an after sales service and technical support
• Acquire, update and maintain knowledge of bMx devices and other electronic laboratory equipment
• Ensure proper transport conditions for the system, perform technical controls for delivered systems and prepare all relevant documentations (receipt certificate...)
• Coordinate efforts with other cross-functional departments to provide world-class customer service and support through the promotion of teamwork and cooperation spirit
