Required qualifications:

  • University degree
  • At least three years of related working experience in the same or similar position
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office


Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all activities related to facility management including on site activities, ongoing and periodical facility maintenance and upgrades
  • Manage lease negotiations, existing facility upgrades and future expansions
  • Rectify facility related issues and plan required repairs, creating clear execution plan with the required budget approvals and coordinating the work of various vendors
  • Lead emergency management activities and manage Emergency response team
  • Supervise the dispatch of all commercial invoices and protocols post service rending and/or material delivery to Finance for release of payment
  • Manage all activities related to fixed assets tracking – monthly reporting, physical inventory, etc.
  • Manage orders and supervise the timely supply and rendering of the above services
  • Ensure logistics around visits are carried out in a highly professional manner, adhering to company’s corporate vision, mission and values
  • Manage the preparation of expense reports on a monthly basis or upon request by the management
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials
