Senior Development Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Being a technology leader for multiple development teams
  
• Working with Product Managers and Project Managers to ensure best possible outcome
  
• Designing and implementing architecture
  
• Coaching Junior Software Developers on best industry practices
  
• Ensuring that the best UX principles are being followed
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Web Development. You consider yourself a Guru of at least one technology stack
• Willingness to learn NodeJS and React fairly quickly(if you don't know those already)
  
• Advanced understanding of SOA and RESTful API architecture
  
• Knowledge of both OOP and Functional Programming
  
• Advanced relational database knowledge
